About shipping
Is there a shipping charge?
The price is 980 yen nationwide.
Free shipping for purchases over 10,000 yen including tax.
Ships from Japan Post or Sagawa Express.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We will ship your order within 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Also, since most of our products are purchased in Europe, we may not be able to ship them for a long time. Please note that in that case, we will notify you on our website.
About product returns/exchanges and order cancellations
Can I return or exchange the product?
・We apologize for the inconvenience, but we do not accept returns or exchanges for purchased items.
-Also, since most of our products are handled as one-of-a-kind items, there are no substitutes and cannot be exchanged.
・Due to the nature of USED products, there may be signs of use and scratches and dirt that may have formed over the years, but unlike defective products, we cannot accept returns.
・Please carefully check the product description and detailed photos before purchasing.
Can I cancel my order?
We do not accept cancellations after placing your order.
About payment
What payment methods can I use?
You can use credit card and Amazon Pay.
About product photos
Can I see additional photos of the product?
Please contact us for additional photos of the product.
The color of the product image and the product I received were different.
We take product photos so that the color is as close to the actual product as possible, but the color may vary depending on your monitor environment. Please look at the multiple images on the product details page and consider this carefully before purchasing.
About changing order details
I chose the wrong product. Can I change the contents?
It is possible to accept orders before shipping is arranged. *Please note that delivery arrangements will be made immediately after your order is placed, so it may not be possible to arrive in time.
About the shipping completion email
I haven't received the shipping completion email.
・Once your order is completed, we will automatically send you an order completion email.
- If you do not receive an email, please check that the email address you entered when ordering is correct and that it has not been sorted into your spam folder.
About delivery notes and receipts
I would like you to include a receipt.
If you require a receipt, please write "receipt required" in the order notes at the bottom of the cart. Please also let us know your address and proviso.
Can I prevent the delivery note from being included in the package?
If you do not need a delivery note for gifts etc., please write "No delivery note required" in the order note at the bottom of the cart.
